Go to Mustang, Rolpa, Dolpa, Humla, Jumla, Sindhupalchok, Khotang, Kailali, Sunsari Mahendranagar's any Village, where middle class or Lower class people live. Kids are Unhappy, wearing dusty Clothes, Starving & Weaker, Can find them With so much hurted spot on buddy while playing in Ground & Muddy Floor. They really Don't Know what will be their future ? Even their parents have not set any plan for kids because they are always working for getting food.

Then look Here the pictures ' The baby is just 1 yr & 4 mnth, from high class family. '

Why I am sharing this? The main concern of sharing this is ' When Kids grow & they will have knowledge of study. Likewise they will pass SLC board, HSEB Board, Hardly middle class or Villagers will get Masters Degree. After that they have to fight for Opportunity with the high class kids who has well education compare to them. So what the result will be, Of course they will not qualified on the post. Then they will have only one way that is ' Get the passport, & Catch any Man-Power who will bring them to Opportunity for working in GCC (Gulf ) Malesiya, Baharain & other middle east country.'

Isn't Government known this ? Why all the middle class people are going abroad for working only. That's the main reason. I just want to open Government eyes for ' giving chance to people who studies in Government on priority. ' How we can do this? Way is simple, Make hiring process in two title like Now we have 'KOTA' & open. It must modified as ' Educated from Government school / College' And ' Educated from Private school /College' . It will give everyone A good Opportunity to work in HOme country so Must of Middle class people or Young Generation will not carry passport & Run for only in Working abroad.

Plz mind it...

It will great Impact in future to make Young Generation work in Home country & One day Nation Also will get good progress. Nepal will be on top Ranking of world Developed country when it will become more develop from those Hard working Hand. Like-wise Middle east country getting good Success & they are already in good Ranking of World Developed county.

कृपया सबैले share गरिदिनुहोला । मैले लेखेका कुरा सबै मंत्रीहरूले पढुन, सबै नेताले पढून, सबै कर्मचारीले पढुन, दूधवालाले पढुन, पसले'ले पढुन, पत्रकार महोदयहरूले पढुन, शिक्षाक्षेत्रमा क्रियाशील संघ-संस्थाका अगुवा हरुले पढुन, गाऊंका बा-आमाले पढुन, दाजुभाई दिदीबिहनीले पढुन, साथीभाईले पढुन र मनन गरून, फलानो किन खाड़ी भासियो वा किन बिदेशमा पसिना बेच्न बिबश छ । कारण मात्र एउटा हो ' देशमा हामीले बराबर रूपमा सुनौलो मौका पाएका छैनौ । हाम्रो बिगत र पढाई गर्दाको बाध्यता, परिस्थिती मुल्याकंन नगरी सबैलाई एउटा तुलामा राखेर काम दिइने ब्यबस्था गलत छ र अबका दिनमा ' खुल्ला र कोटा भनेर भर्ना खुलाउने होइन । ' सरकारी निकायबाट शिक्षा हांसिल गरेको ' र ' गैरसरकारी वा निजी निकायबाट शिक्षा हांसिल गरेको ' यति सदस्य संख्या कर्मचारीकओ आबेदन माग छ । लेखिनुपर्छ।
